Creating Better Health During Retirement –

good health healthy life and vitality energy sane mind and bodyAs repeatedly expressed, I believe that the key to retirement (or aging while still working) is health, not wealth. In my book, The Boomer Survivor Kit, and in these 80+ blogs I have highlighted my suggestions for improving your health, redesigning your life and relationships, and reaching a much deeper level of happiness. In that context, I think it is important to realize our challenge — just as it is important to realize our financial setbacks and our financial challenge. Frankly, we live in a polluted world with our bodies absorbing constant unhealthy chemicals from the food, the water, and the air. Recent studies document the severity of the problem for all age groups. The great majority of us have over 200 different, unhealthy chemicals in our blood. Even the blood in the umbilical cord is packed with unhealthy chemicals — and we wonder why our children are developing autism, ADHD, and behavioral problems at an increasing rate?
